All ingredients used are:
1.) prepackaged as gluten-free 2.) listed on the Celiac-Sprue Association Gluten-Free Product Listing as gluten-free 3.) gluten-free according to the manufacturer
Note: Foods are cooked in a facility where nuts and dairy are used
A word for the lactose intolerant:
Some of the baked goods can have non-dairy products substituted for milk, others cannot. Just tell me if you would like me to bake something for you using those alternatives--- it may increase the cost slightly. Pizza is an exception; I always use milk. My daughter however, enjoys the pizza anyway, by taking Lactaid tablets to compensate for her Lactose Intolerance.
